Our values.
Most companies frame their values and hang them on a wall. We run the entire business off ours.
These aren't a poster. They're the filter we run every decision through. We hire by them, because skill gets you an interview but values get you the job. We review our own people by them, leadership included, on a regular basis. And when someone stops living them, we have the hard conversation, no exceptions for being good at the job.
We hold our vendors, subcontractors, and clients to the same standard. The subs we put on your project, the clients we take on, all of it runs through these five values. Not words we say. The code we operate by.
