The material palette runs light stucco and dark charcoal accent walls against warm hardwood floors, with brass and gold hardware carried through every room. A curved staircase and a coffered-ceiling foyer anchor the entry.

The kitchen centers on a black-and-white island with a marble top, flanked by a full wet bar finished in the same stone. Bathrooms throughout mix marble, stacked stone, and brass fixtures, each one built to its own material story.
