The best projects start before the first drawing is complete. Traditional design-bid-build waits until construction documents are finished to bring in a contractor. By then, the budget is whatever the drawings cost, and every revision is a change order. We work differently.

We join the team at schematic design. Our proprietary cost platform, NOVATERRA, carries a database and AI cost intelligence system unlike anything on the market. It lets us produce extraordinarily detailed budgets at the earliest phase, educate clients on what drives each line item, and provide honest, realistic expectations before a single trade partner is engaged.

Its AI cost intelligence engine analyzes project parameters against historical data, local labor rates, and material markets. The result is pre-construction budgeting that gets within single-digit percentages of final cost, months before most contractors can produce their first number. When value engineering is required, the software surfaces tactical alternatives with cost impacts calculated in real time, not days later.
