A full reimagining of a fitness club, delivered in stages so the doors never closed. We rebuilt the floors, systems, and finishes around an operating business.

Staged work on a live site takes planning. We isolated construction from members, and turned over finished zones on a schedule the client could count on.

New training floors, group rooms, and locker rooms were finished in a clean, durable palette built to take heavy daily use for years.
