Hudson River House

A private residence perched to capture the full sweep of the Hudson. The house opens almost entirely to the water, with expanses of glass framed in blackened steel and stone drawn from the region.

Building on a steep riverfront grade meant engineering foundations and drainage with real care. Our team sequenced the work to keep the site stable through every season of construction.

Inside, the finish work is quiet and exact. Rift white oak, honed stone, and clean plaster carry through the living spaces without a visible seam.
